stopping TECHNOLOGY theft....

when someone STEAL your technology....  they WILL owe you treble damages....  they will owe you three times the revenue that they earn from your technology....

the country that will be hurt the most by this....  is china....  they are notorious for allowing their companies to STEAL amcerican technology and from other countries....  but because of americas dominance in innovation....  america is harmed the most by chinese theft....

this policy alone WILL put an end to chinese dominance on the global stage....  it will criple their warchest....  and....  slow down future innovation....

the american infrastucture lends itself to innovation....  to speed of development....  to encouraging creative ideas....

however....

it is NOT the best infrastructure for production....  for quality control....  the culture in asian countries lends itself to improve quality in american design and innovation....

especially....  the kieretsu structure....  allowing companies to have ownership in their suppliers....  stagnates innovation....  and....  yet....  in lends itself to quality improvement....
